Arthroscopy

It is a modern examination and at the same time treatment method used in the diagnosis of limb joint diseases. During arthroscopy, optics with a diameter of 5 mm are inserted into the joint through a small incision
and the image of individual joint structures is viewed on the monitor screen. With the help of special instruments, individual structures can be operated. After the operation, only a small scar remains. This is how we treat shoulders, ankles and knees.

Removal of small osteosynthetic material and external fixators

Is a condition where there is pain in the front of the leg,
often between the third and fourth toes. This is caused by compression
or by irritation of the nerve that passes between the structures
in frontal part of the foot.

During the operation, doctor surgically releases the compressed nerve or removes part of the tissue that is compressing the nerve.

Claw hand deformity

Fingers are in retracted position. Their treatment consists in cutting the tendon sheath at the point of swelling, during which the movement of the fingers and thumb, whose function has been impaired due to the tendon contracture, is restored.

Carpal tunnel

The treatment consists in the surgical interruption of the thickened ligament strip as well as in the release of the nerve from its thickened sheaths. This condition is one of the most common diseases affecting the hand

Dupuytren's contracture

Dupuytren’s contracture is a long-term disease
with a slow progress, reaching a duration of up to several years. It begins with the formation of a painless nodule
in the palm, that gradually expands
torwards one or more fingers. The solution is an operation that removes the constricting tissue from the palm, sometimes also from finger area.

Brusitis

It is an inflammatory disease of the sebaceous joint pocket. Overexerting the muscles and tendons around the joint can cause injuries that lead to painful inflammation. It most often appears in the shoulder and hip joints. One of the options for brusitis rehabilitation is surgical treatment.

Morton's neuralgia

Is a condition characterized by pain in the front of the leg,

The treatment consists in releasing the inflammation-altered attachments of the finger flexors and the related muscle.

Epicondylitis radialis

This disease is also known as tennis elbow. It causes
inflammatory changes in the tendons of the forearm. During the surgical solution, the operator releases the inflamed tendons.
